#42- Intermission

It is time that I take a break from working on the content I have and discuss the full picture of the documentary.

The full picture of the documentary isn't a documentary-series, but a full stand alone documentary. It would be around an hour and 15 minutes-30 minutes.

The description of the full documentary:

This captivating documentary shows the inspiring upcoming in theatre story of the talented and young Elliana Gorecki. She is 19 year old studying at the University of Tampa. She plans on graduating with her Bachelor's in Fine Arts.  Elliana shares her past experiences and inspirations that led her to get to where she is. With a supportive family and peers she dreams of ending up in New York and staring in a Broadway show. The documentary is giving a look into her daily life as a student working towards that dream. Audiences will see as she conquers classes, workshops, auditions, rehearsals, recitals, and her personal life. There will be points where the audience will see her onstage performances and will also be invited to look behind the scenes.

Elliana is finding her way in the theatre world! It is her passion she picked up in middle school and can't imagine her life in any other way. This documentary takes a deep dive into her passion and skills for musical theatre and the motivation she has everyday.

The audience will also be introduced to her family, peers and the professionals in her everyday life. They will give the viewer insight on Elliana and the career path she has chose. They will explain the purpose of musical theatre and how it can be challenging to achieve success in that field. The audience will be exposed to not only the performances, but also the heartbreaks and struggles of a young and upcoming theatre performer.

(released March 1st)

The description of my Final Cut:

In this preview of the documentary, there are two interviews featured. The introduce and inform the audience of Elliana Gorecki. Her past and inspirations, everyday college life, and her dreams will all be included.

(released March 11th)

Overall:

Since my Final Cut is only five minutes and only a part of the full documentary, I decided to do two interviews. No on stage performances were filmed, but images/clips will be featured. The same goes with her upbringing in the theatre world and a look into her world.
